The Director of Planning approved the application on September 1, 2026, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Wesgroup has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 26-storey, mixed-used residential building on this site, consisting of:

  • 250 Secured Market Rental Dwelling Units
  • Retail at grade
  • A proposed height of 80 m / 262 ft.
  • A proposed FSR of 3.66 (20,108 m2 / 216,444 sq.ft.)
  • One level of underground parking with additional parking at Levels 2, 3, and 4, with vehicular access from the lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
