Swan Childcare has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use of the basement floor level and portion of main floor level of this existing Church building to a Child Day Care Facility for a maximum of 20 children, consisting of:

  • Total floor area of approximately 1,950 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation:
    • Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
