Quinkatla Development Planning has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter, convert and relocate on site, this existing Single Detached House to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing three dwelling units, consisting of:
- A Floor Space Ratio of 0.74 (approximately 3,439 sq. ft.)
- Overall height of approximately 34.10 ft.
- Two parking spaces accessed from Point Grey Rd.
- One space in existing garage
- One surface parking space in rear
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
