Level One Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and change of use from Fitness Centre – Class 2 to Institution - Church, consisting of:

• Approximately 7,135 sq.ft.
• Church with a main hall, study rooms, and baptistery
• Proposed hours of operation:
  • 10 am to 9 pm – weekdays
  • 9 am to 10 pm – Saturday
  • 1 pm – 5 pm - Sunday

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
