The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 16, 2024.
Excellentia Homes Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to convert this existing character single detached house to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units and to develop an infill single detached house (Building 2) at the rear of the site, consisting of:
