PCI Developments LP has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and change of use from a Retail Store to Small-Scale Pharmacy, in this new Commercial building, consisting of:

- Proposed hours of operation:
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday
Under the site’s existing CD-1(765) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
