Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a temporary fitness centre on this site, consisting of:
- Eight professional-grade paddle courts
- Retail store
- Beauty and Wellness space
- Flexible space
- Surface parking, having vehicle access from East Kent Ave North
Under the site’s existing CD-1(473) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
