HNPA Architecture & Planning has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and a change of use of a portion of the Office use to Child Day Care Facility for 62 children, on the second floor of this commercial building, consisting of:

  • Hours of operation: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
