A community information session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm, at the Collingwood Neighbourhood House Annex (3690 Vanness Ave). City Staff and the applicant team will be available to answer any questions and provide information on the proposal.
Vancouver Official Development Plan (ODP) Amendment Application (April 8, 2026)
On March 31, 2026, Council adopted the Vancouver Official Development Plan (ODP). This rezoning application proposes to amend the ODP to change the Generalized Land Use (GLU) designation from Mixed-Use Low-Rise to Mixed-Use High-Rise 1.
Rezoning Application (January 21, 2026)
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from C-2 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 25-storey mixed-use rental building with a single-storey podium and includes:
233 units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
Two-storey telecommunications facility;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.43; and
A building height of 80.4 m (264 ft.) with additional height for rooftop amenity space.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the staff report.
