Iredale Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four, three-storey buildings of stacked townhomes, consisting of 27 market units over one level of underground parking on this existing site, consisting of the following:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.199 (30,107 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of 35.0 ft. for the front (street) buildings and 32.5 ft. for the lane buildings
  • 39 parking spaces

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
