Evergreen Montessori School Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations to add a Childcare Facility use to the existing Church building at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- To expand the existing Childcare Facility located at 3860 Trafalgar Street
- Addition of 25 children (50 children in total)
- Approximately 3,880.0 sq.ft. on the main floor of the existing Church building
- Proposed hours of operation: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
