Evergreen Montessori School Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations to add a Childcare Facility use to the existing Church building at the above-noted address, consisting of:

  • To expand the existing Childcare Facility located at 3860 Trafalgar Street
  • Addition of 25 children (50 children in total)
  • Approximately 3,880.0 sq.ft. on the main floor of the existing Church building
  • Proposed hours of operation: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
