Matthew Cheng Architect Incorporated has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A five-storey mixed-use building with retail on the main floor, office on the mezzanine level and 10 dwelling units (strata) on floors 2 to 5, over one level of at grade parking, having vehicular access from the lane on this existing site
- A proposed maximum height of 15.3 m (50.2 ft.)
- A proposed maximum Floor Space Ratio of 2.5 (860.21 m² / 9,259.18 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
