Andrew Cheung Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A new six-storey mixed-use residential building consisting of Retail uses on the ground level and 22 Secured Market Rental units on levels 2 – 6
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.50 for the site (approximately 22,528 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 70.69 ft. (21.55 m)
- One level of underground parking providing access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
