The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 30, 2023.
Loy Leyland Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey with cellar one-family dwelling with a surface parking at the rear providing one parking space, having vehicular access from the lane.
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined as per the Council report of June 8, 2021. This is a temporary measure for one year.
