  • A proposed height of approximately 12.0 m (39.5 ft.) front building and 10.4 m. (34.0 ft.) rear building
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 1.48 (1,340 m² / 14,418 sq. ft.)
  • One level of underground parking providing 11 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
