The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on December 4, 2024, and was refused. It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.
Siegfried Luft has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an over-height fence, approximately 7.0 ft. high, on the east side front yard of this existing Single Detached house, at the above-noted address.
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
