Aria Pacific Development Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a multiple dwelling in the form of six-storey and three-storey residential buildings, consisting of:
- A total of 61 strata dwelling units
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.80 for the site
- A proposed total floor area of approximately 56,356.4 sq. ft. / 5,235.7 m²
- A proposed height of 80.05 ft. / 24.4 m
- All over two level of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
