4280 Slocan St (DP-2026-00039) development application

The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to develop on this site consisting of:

• A change of use from existing Retail Store to a Child Care Facility for a maximum of 20 children
• A total proposed floor area for approximately 1,400 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation:
  • Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
