A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.77 (approximately 9,332 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of 47.16 ft.
Surface parking at the rear, having access from the lane
Under the site’s pending CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
