The Director of Planning approved the application on November 16, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site, two three-storey multiple dwelling buildings, containing a total of six dwelling units, with:

  • A proposed maximum height of approximately 9.5 m. (31.16 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 0.88 (573.0 sq. m. / 6,168.00 sq. ft.)
  • Attached garages with vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-1N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
