Billard Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey, mixed-use residential building consisting of one level of retail and two levels of residential units for a total of four rental micro dwelling units, on this site, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 39 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 1.05 (approximately 3,200 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing Downtown Eastside/Oppenheimer zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
