Iredale Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, consisting of:

• To change the use to a Child Care Facility for a maximum of 24 children
• A total proposed floor area of approximately 1,300 sq.ft.
• Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Under the site’s existing CD-1(625) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
