Locarno Legacy Corp has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
A six-storey mixed-use building comprising 100 secured market rental dwelling units with commercial uses at grade
Two levels of underground parking, accessed from the lane
The rezoning application was approved by City Council at Public Hearing on June 14, 2022.
Under the site’s approved CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
