Montage Development Consultants has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- 20 dwelling units of secured social housing
- An approximate floor area of 1,222.8 m² (13,163.5 sq. ft.)
- An approximate building height of 11.6 m (38 ft.)
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (23) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
