The Director of Planning approved the application on December 7, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Montage Development Consultants has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • 20 dwelling units of secured social housing
  • An approximate floor area of 1,222.8 m² (13,163.5 sq. ft.)
  • An approximate building height of 11.6 m (38 ft.)

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (23) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
