Harmonic Architecture + Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use from Retail to Small-scale Pharmacy, in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 1,110.0 sq. ft.
• Proposed hours of operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, closed on Sundays

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
