The Director of Planning approved the application on August 26, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Acton Ostry Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 14-storey, mixed-use building including:

  • A total of 236 secured rental units
  • Commercial uses at grade
  • A total FSR of 6.96
  • A maximum height of 48.88 m (160.37 ft.)
  • 223 underground parking stalls and 443 bike spaces

This rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, and enacted on June 23, 2020. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
