The Director of Planning approved the application on March 7, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Foundry Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey plus amenity mixed-used building, containing manufacturing uses on the first and second storey, with office on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th storey, all over three levels of underground parking, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 4.50 (approximately 72,361 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of approximately 98.36 ft.
  • 89 vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing I-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
