RH Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to consoslidate four lots and to develop a four storey multiple dwelling building, consisting of:
- 43 dwelling units
- A floor area of 2.0 (approximately 39,164 sq. ft.
- An approximate height of 40 ft.
- 54 vehicle parking spaces, with access from the flanking lane
Under the site’s existing RM-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
