4555 Clarendon St (DP-2023-00211) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on August 2, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Cadlab Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey plus basement duplex at the front with an attached garage and a one-and-half-storey single detached house at the rear with an attached garage, consisting of:
- A total height of approx. 35 ft. for the Duplex and 25 ft. for the Single Detached house
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 (approximately 5,440 sq. ft.) for the site
- A total of three parking spaces on site, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-11 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
