James Davidson Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add and alter the existing single-family home to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units and to develop an infill house (Building 2) with an attached garage at the rear of the site, for a total of three dwelling units, consisting of:
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.84 for the site (approximately of 5,717 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately
36.45 ft. (11.11 m) for Building 1
26.38 ft. (8.04 m) for Building 2
A total of two parking spaces having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
