Perkins + Will Canada Architects Co. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building with an outdoor amenity space, consisting of:

  • Retail use at grade
  • A total of 73 Secured Market Rental Units with 20% of the residential floor area assigned to below-market rental units
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.4 for the site
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 64,381.9 sq. ft./ 5,981.3 m²
  • A proposed height of 72.2 ft./ 22.0 m
  • Two levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane

Under the site’s proposed RR-3B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
