Revised Application (February, 2026)

The City of Vancouver has received a revised proposal to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The revised proposal is to allow for a 15-storey residential building and includes:

  • 140 rental units with 20% of the floor area for below-market rental units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 5.89; and
  • A building height of 45.6 m (150 ft.).

The revised proposal includes an increase to the proposed density and height, and change to the Below-market rental unit rates.

This application is being considered under the Transit-Oriented Areas Rezoning Policy in combination with the Cambie Corridor Plan and the Rental Development Relief Program, Stream 2.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.

  • A building height of 34.4 m (113 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan and Transit-Oriented Areas Rezoning Policy.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.


UPDATE: This application has been withdrawn from the Public Hearing on February 19, 2026, and will proceed at a later date.
