Fastmark Development Corp. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 17-storey multiple dwelling building, containing one 138 Secured Market Rental units (20% of the total dwelling unit area proposed as below-market rental units), consisting of:
A total of 138 Secured Market Rental units
A proposed FSR of 5.50 (95,691 sq.ft.)
A proposed height of 51.73 m (169.7 ft) to top of parapet over uppermost habitable storey and height of approximately 56 m (183.7 ft.) to top of amenity/mechanical room at level 17
Two levels of underground parking, providing 36parking spaces having vehicular access from rear lane
The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing of June 17, 2025. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
