The Director of Planning has requested you be advised this development application was cancelled on March 5, 2024.
Formwerks Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add, alter, relocate and convert this existing one-family Character house to a two-storey Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units, and to develop two infill two-family dwellings, for a total of six dwelling units on site, consisting of:
A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 for the site (approximately 9,437.55 sq. ft.)
Proposing heights of approximately 27.93 ft. (MCD), 24.56 ft. (infill 1), and 23.9 ft. (infill 2)
Infill 2 to include four garage parking spaces and two surface stalls all having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
