Mosaic Homes has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Two six-storey residential buildings containing a total of 112 strata-titled units
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.64 for the site
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 97,539.5 sq.ft./ 9,061.7 m²
  • A proposed height of 69.3 ft./ 21.13 m
  • All over two levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from the lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing on December 12, 2023. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
