4825 Laurel St (DP-2021-00641) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on November 18, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
PSquare Engineering and Construction has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey multiple dwelling townhouse building on this site, including:
- A site total of eight market dwelling units
- Approximate Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (9,300.00 sq. ft.)
- Approximate maximum building height of 11.46 m (37.60 ft.) to top of Roof Deck Guardrail
- Over one level of underground parking (approximately 10 stalls) having vehicular access from the rear South lane
Under the site’s proposed RM-8A rezoning, to be approved by Council, this application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
