4875 Victoria Dr (DP-2022-00398) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on September 6, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Trillium Projects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site a six-storey, mixed-use building including rental residential with commercial (Alpen Club) at grade, consisting of:
- A height of 22.3 m (73 ft.)
- A floor space ratio of 3.3 (8,376 m² / 90,158.5 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking, accessed from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
