4902 James St - Little Mountain - Building EA (DP-2020-00912) development application

Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site (Little Mountain - Building EA) a six-storey, multiple dwelling building containing 70 social housing dwelling units. The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 63.21 ft.
  • Total FSR of 2.79 (76,511 sq.ft.)
  • One level of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
