The Director of Planning approved the application on October 16, 2025, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Michael Green Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 12-storey multiple institutional building. This proposal includes:

  • 75 temporary accommodation for medical care units
  • A FSR of 3.55
  • An approximate floor area of 7,139.4 m² (76,847 sq.ft.)
  • An approximate height of 50 m (165 ft.)
  • 67 vehicle parking spaces and 43 bicycle parking spaces

This development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on March 11, 2025, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
