Sightline Properties Ltd., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 38 storey, mixed-use residential building, consisting of:
- 404 secured market rental units with 10% of dwelling unit area for below market rentals
- Retail at grade
- A proposed floor space ratio of 18.9 (261,534 sq.ft.)
- An approximate height of 229.31 m (752.3 ft.)
- Five levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
