498 W 26th Ave (DP-2020-00903) development application

Billard Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a six-storey multiple dwelling building containing 29 dwelling units, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 2.51 (25,429 square feet)
- A proposed height of approximately 64.5 feet
- Two levels of underground parking providing 23 parking spaces, having vehicular access from south neighbouring property
Subject to council enactment of the proposed rezoning from RS-1 zoning to CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
