The Director of Planning approved the application on October 25, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


JTA Development Consultants has submitted a DP application to the City of Vancouver to develop a 18-storey building on site, with commercial at grade and residential above.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 58.6 m (192 ft.)
  • Total FSR of 7.91
  • 125 rental units, 20% of residential floor area for moderate income households
  • Four levels of underground parking with vehicular access form the rare lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
