Hyloft Management Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use of the existing vacant land to a temporary Parking Area, consisting of:

  • Approximately: 1,670 m²
  • Including minor site preparation, installation of parking stalls, pay station, and lighting
  • Proposed hours of operation: Sunday through Saturday: 6 am to 11 pm

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
