A three-storey plus basement stacked four-unit multiple dwelling (Building 1) on the North portion of the site and a three-storey stacked two-unit multiple dwelling (Building 2) on the South portion
A proposed height of 10.74 m (35.22 ft.) for Building 1 and 9.01 m (29.55 ft.) for Building 2
A proposed overall floor space ratio of 1.20 (618.47 m² / 6,654.79 sq. ft.)
A total of three parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
