The Director of Planning approved the application on January 24, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Ravine Park Development Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Two five-storey apartment buildings (six-storeys at the rear along Ravine Park) containing 156 secured market rental units
  • A floor space ratio of 2.4 (102,126 sq. ft.)
  • Parking and Loading access located off of W 34th Ave

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on April 27, 2023. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
