The Director of Planning approved the application on February 2, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Pacific West Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform exterior and interior alterations and change the use from Office to Health Care Office at the second level of the commercial podium of this existing, mixed-use building, including:

  • Floor area of approximately 14,111 sq.ft.
  • Operating hours of Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 10:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Under the site’s existing C-2C and CD-1(62) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
