Pennyfarthing Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new six-storey multiple dwelling building, containing 62 dwelling units, consisting of:
- A floor space ratio of 2.0 (approximately 59,561 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 70.5 ft.
- Two levels of underground parking, having access from the lane
Under the site’s CD-1 By-law, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
