The Director of Planning approved the application on December 14, 2020, subject to conditions. A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Facilitator directly at payam.fouladianpour@vancouver.ca
Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- A six-storey multiple dwelling, containing 87 units;
- With an approximate height of 17.7 m (58 ft.);
- An approximate gross floor area 6,911 m² (74,390 ft²); and
- All over 3 levels of underground parking accessed from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional" so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
