Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • A six-storey multiple dwelling, containing 87 units;
  • With an approximate height of 17.7 m (58 ft.);
  • An approximate gross floor area 6,911 m² (74,390 ft²); and
  • All over 3 levels of underground parking accessed from the lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional" so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
