517 E Cordova St (DP-2024-00528) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on May 27, 2025, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"

Pattanya Holdings Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and to change the use from Storage Warehouse to Grocery Store, in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 2,782.3 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation: 10 am to 5 pm (Winter), 10 am to 6 pm (Summer), Tuesday to Sunday

Under the site’s existing DEOD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
