Sightline Properties Ltd., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two six-storey multi-residential rental buildings and two three-storey rental townhouse buildings, including:
- 229 secured market rental units
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 3.0 (150,284 sq.ft.)
- An approximate height of 21.3 m (70 ft.)
- One level of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
